Engr. Brian Kisakye Ssengo is a visionary Ugandan structural engineer and one of the strong pillars of QHISA CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. He is a proud father of two sons (Shayan Kisakye Ssengo and Isaiah Kisakye Ssengo) and two daughters (Rania Kisakye Ssengo and Aqirah Kisakye Ssengo).

With his deep commitment to producing high-quality, functional, and architecturally appealing structures, Engr. Brian has contributed greatly to Qhisa Construction’s reputation for delivering exceptional building and design solutions across the country. Born and raised in Uganda on January 11, 1991, in Kalisizo, Kyotera District, Brian is the son of a Tanzanian-born mother, Kemirembe Leonia (aka Muziba), and a Ugandan-born father, Lubowa Henry Mukasa (aka Kataba). He comes from a family of eight children and is the sixth.

Born on May 12, 1992, Mayanja Rashad is a highly skilled and dedicated professional serving as a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer at Qhisa Construction. With a strong academic background and hands-on field experience, he plays a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across all our projects.

Rashad holds a Master’s Degree in MEP Engineering, equipping him with advanced knowledge in building services, system design, and project coordination. In addition, he possesses a Diploma in Land Surveying, giving him strong technical ability in site measurement, mapping, and geospatial analysis.

His combined expertise allows him to bridge both design and field operations—ensuring accurate site data, effective planning, and seamless installation of MEP systems. Rashad is known for his professionalism, precision, and commitment to safety and quality.
